The Making A Difference (MAD) Christian Radio Show is a syndicated youth radio show that is broadcast around the world.Available in both two and three hour versions, the MAD Christian Radio Show is given free of charge to any radio station that wants to play it free of charge (to get the show on your station Email Us).
The MAD Christian Radio Show is an award winning program! In 2004 we tied for first place in the Modern Rock/College Show category for the American Christian Music Awards! In 2005 the show was honored as the Favorite Non-Commercial Syndicated Radio Show in the American Christian Music Awards!
Our History:
In the summer of 2001, Kristen felt God's leading to start a youth radio show that would be aired in her hometown of Timmins, Ontario. With no on-air experience or any idea of how to put together a radio show, this seemed like a crazy idea, but sometimes the craziest ideas are the best ones.The MAD Christian Radio Show was aired for the first time in November 2001 on CHIM 102.3 in Timmins. For the next eighteen months, through the highs and the lows, the radio show reached youth in Timmins.
Soon through both demand and God's provision of the equipment that would be need, The MAD Christian Radio Show expanded to be played across the entire CHIM Radio Network.
In September 2003, the radio show officially became syndicated and was offered free of charge to any station that wished to play it.
Now the radio show is played in over fifty markets and is truly Making A Difference in lives around the world. All praise to God who truly makes all things possible!
